At Automotive Trucking LLC dba MoveVehicles.com, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable auto transport experience. Our Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for vehicle shipping services booked through our platform.
1. Booking and Payment
When you place an order with MoveVehicles.com, a booking deposit or service fee may be required to secure your spot with a licensed carrier. This deposit represents our time, resources, and coordination with transport partners to arrange your shipment.
2. Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you decide to cancel your order before a carrier has been assigned, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or prepaid amount, minus any applicable processing fees.
- To qualify, you must notify MoveVehicles.com in writing or by phone before a carrier confirmation is sent.
- Once confirmed, carrier details will be provided to you via email or text message.
3. Cancellations After Dispatch
If a carrier has already been assigned to your shipment, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
- This deposit compensates for the time and effort spent scheduling your vehicle with a verified transporter.
- Any remaining balance owed to the carrier at pickup or delivery is governed by the carrier’s own policies.
4. Delays and Carrier Issues
MoveVehicles.com is a licensed auto transport broker, not the carrier. While we only work with vetted and insured carriers, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for delivery delays outside of our control.
- However, if your assigned carrier fails to pick up your vehicle within 5 business days of the scheduled window, you may request a full refund of your deposit or request reassignment at no extra charge.
5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged in error or made duplicate payments, contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for any verified duplicate or accidental transactions within 3–5 business days.
6. Inoperable Vehicles
If your vehicle is inoperable (inop) but was not disclosed at the time of booking, additional fees may apply. Failure to notify MoveVehicles.com of an inoperable status prior to pickup may result in cancellation without refund of your deposit.

All refund requests must include your order number, pickup and delivery locations, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
8. No-Show or Access Issues
If a carrier arrives at the pickup or delivery location and the customer or vehicle is unavailable, this may be considered a service attempt and the deposit may be forfeited. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
9. Policy Updates
MoveVehicles.com reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with the new effective date.
