b. The shipping price provided at the time of booking will be locked-in for 30 calendar days. This locked price will apply to the originally scheduled shipment, provided the shipment occurs within the 30-day period. During this period, MoveVehicles.com will not increase the price for any reason, including fluctuations in carrier costs, fuel prices, or market conditions. MoveVehicles.com will not request additional funds after booking to release, transport, or deliver your vehicle. While the price is locked, shipping dates may vary, depending on carrier availability within the agreed window.
c. To maintain the validity of the Price Lock Guarantee, you must provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year, modifications, and operability) and pick-up and delivery locations. If any information provided at the time of booking is inaccurate or changes (such as a different vehicle, additions or modifications, or new location), a revised quote may be required based on the new information. Web orders require verification; the Price Lock Guarantee begins once the order has been verified and validated by MoveVehicles.com. The Price Lock Guarantee does not apply if force majeure events occur (e.g., natural disasters, war, government restrictions) that make performance impossible.
d. You will be charged at time of dispatch to a carrier. Should you decide to cancel after dispatch, the broker fee ($249 USD) is nonrefundable, but can be applied to a future order with MoveVehicles.com. If shipment is rescheduled outside the 30-day window, a new quote will be provided at current market rates.
e. MoveVehicles.com reserves the right to exclude excessively hard to reach locations with lack of carrier availability.
